Kamilla Sultanova
Entrepreneur at ConnectUz, volunteer, tedx speaker. She represents a Finnish branch of Global Dignity NGO on youth empowerment, initiated by the HRH Crown Prince of Norway Haakon, Pekka Himanen, Finnish philosopher and Atlanta-based Operation Hope CEO, John Hope Bryant. Kamilla is a TEDx Speaker and shared how volunteering can lead to empowerment & where volunteering should be not nice but necessary.

She is passionate about engagement locally and globally and how one’s social capital is as important as education to get ahead in life. Today she is a member of networks such as European Young Leaders "40 under 40" and alumni in the GMF transatlantic inclusion leaders network since 2012. Recently she won an international award in India in community leadership.
